Custom Designs

Payment Terms
All larger custom orders will require an upfront payment. This will be determined based on the size and materials needed for the project. Since every project is different, it will be part of the discussion during the initial consultation.


Returns/
Exchange

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Most orders are custom items and go into production within 12 hours once placing the order, please verify and review your order carefully before placing your order. For custom items, we will be in touch verifying the details before going into production.

Cancel Order
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellations. Once the order has gone into production, we can no longer cancel it. To see if it is still possible to cancel, please email and include the following information:
1. Order Number
2. Name on the order
3. Email used to place the order
Damaged? Defective or incorrect order?
We are sorry for any inconvenience as we take great care in producing our products. Email us using the contact page with the following information:
1. Order Number
2. Name on the order
3. Email used to place the order
4. A quality photo of the item and a description of the issue with your order.


Shipping

Production
Between both production time and shipping time, most items ship within 10 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. For special order items that may need more time, you will be notified.
Track Your Order
Tracking information will be provided to you via email as soon as the item is shipped.
In the event that your package has been shipped and the tracking shows Delivered, we ask that you reach out to the carrier service for further details. If they aren’t able to provide you with a resolution, please send us a message with the following:
1. Order number
2. Tracking number
3. Name on the order
4. Email used to place the order
